Congress Registration Fee

Anyone who wants to attend to the scientific meetings of the congress as an audience or exhibitor is required to register.

• In order to confirm the registration, payment proof or filled mail order form must be handled to Rubikon Tourism.
• Congress registration fee; includes meeting packages, name badges, pocket program and entrance to the stand areas.
• 18% VAT will be added to registration fees.

• Course registration fee includes; 2 coffee breaks with cookies, 1 lunch, scientific materials and attendance certification.
• The difference of 1 night accommodation will be reflected to the budget for attendees who accommodate.
• 18% VAT will be added to registration fees.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Terms

• All the cancellations must be submitted in writing to Rubikon Tourism.
• Cancellation requests up to September, 9 2022 will be reimbursed after the bank expenses have been deducted.
• Cancellation requests made after this date will not be refunded and only name changes can be made.
• All the refunds will be made at the end of the congress.

Accommodation lists must be handled to Rubikon Tourism up to June 21, 2020.
Above prices are including 3 nights accommodation packages, during November 17 to 20, 2022.
VAT will be added to prices.

Cancellation and Reimbursement Terms

• All the cancellations must be handled to Rubikon Tourism up to September 9, 2022.
• Cancellation request up to September 9, 2022 will be reimbursed after the bank expenses have been deducted.
• 1 night accommodation difference will be reflected in the budget for the course participants who make accommodation.
• Cancellation requests made after this date will not be refunded and only name changes can be made.
• All the refunds will be made at the end of the congress.

Once the flight details have been provided to Rubikon Tourism, airport transfers will be arranged, regardless of the vehicle class.

VAT will be added to transfer fees.

Payment Information

SOSPED 2022 should be written in the receipt statement.
